My friends at See's chocolate have posed a chocolate challenge upon me! They have graciously sent me this wonderful box of See's Victoria Toffee and would like me to come up with a dessert in which to use it. If it were up to me, I'd gladly eat it as is, since english toffee is one of my most favorite candies! But I need to get some creative juices flowing...
