Rosemary garlic chicken w/balsamic glaze
1 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar1/2 cup lite soy sauce
1/4 cup minced garlic
1/4 cup minced ginger
1 tablespoons garlic powder1 tablespoon onion powder
1/4 cup rosemary & garlic seasoning
3 lbs chicken thighs and drumsticks
1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Combine all the ingredients except the chicken and parsley in 2 gallon sized freezer bags.
Add the chicken to the bags and seal with as little air as possible in the bag.

Place in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
