IonTech, local distributor of Archos, launched the generation 9 of their Archos tablets. Android Honeycomb Archos 80 and Archos 101 were presented to the media last Dec. 8, 2011 at 55 Events Place.
The Gen 9 have 2 models, the Archos 80 which have the smaller 8-inch LCD display and sports a dual-core processor up to 1.5GHz.

There is an interesting accessories that you can add on the Archos Tables to make it 3G capable, this is the Archos G9 3G Stick, which you can insert at the back of the device and now you have a 3G enable Android Tablet.
Now since this is a 3G usb stick you can use this on you other mobile devices like laptop or even on your desktop to connect to internet.
For the pricing:
The 16GB Archos 80 Gen 9 will have a price tag of Php16,999
The 250GB HDD version of the Archos 80 will be available for Php19,999.
The Archos 101 16GB Gen 9 will have price tag of Php19,999.
The optional Gen 9 3G USB dongle is sold separately for Php3,000.
And yes both the Archos 80 and the Archos 101 Gen 9 tablets are Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich ready.
