Easy Peasy Dinner - Kirsty & Peter

Tonight we had our friends (who are also our neighbors) join us for dinner. They moved here from the UK nearly a year ago and it's wonderful just talking to them and listening to their British accents. When coming up with a dinner menu, I wanted something that was quick to prepare but tasted like it took hours to prepare. Here's the menu I served up... and sadly I missed taking a picture of the salad before we ate, but it was a great way to start our meal!
