Classic Carrot Salad

This was a nice refreshing salad and one that provide some gorgeous color to the table too! I'm not a fan of carrot salads laden with lots of mayonnaise so feel free to adjust the creaminess to your tastes.

Classic Carrot Salad

3-4 cups freshly grated carrots
1/2-1 cup raisins
1 large apple, cored and chopped
1/4 cup fresh pineapple chopped
1/4 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
