Fondue Night with Friends

We have been getting together with both Megan and her husband Matt every Friday this past month at various restaurants around town. This past week, both of them graciously hosted our weekly get togethers for a fondue night... and what a fabulous spread she prepared! Her menu for the evening included:

Prosciutto & Brie Rollups

Smoked salmon Cucumber Rosettes
Goat cheese & pesto bruschetta

Beer Cheese fondue
with Granny Smith apples, toasted bread cubes, & turkey sausage

Chocolate fondue (which we brought)
with strawberries, bananas, apples & pound cake provided by Megan
