I was not familiar with Brazilian food, so when I saw the Groupon deal for the Brazilian menu at the Toro Seduto (Sitting Bull) Churrascaria, I just couldn't resist and I booked a table! The offer is valid until October 15th, therefore, if you are interested, you still have time!
The reservation was for a Brazilian dinner for two people and it included an excellent welcome caipirinha (it's a shame that it was served in plastic cups) served by a very courteous waiter who escorted us to our table. That was followed by... an endless buffet.
You heard me right - such a variety of dishes from which we could liberally take: there was the feijoada (rice with black beans, meat and sausage), vinaigrette, farofa rice, fried cassava, a variety of omelets, salada de majonese, sao picao (chicken salad), fried plantains, kibe (meat roll), meat balls and much, much more.

If we hadn't been so full, we could have expected a total of 1 kg. (2 lbs. 3.5 oz.) of churrasco per person.
Churrusco is a typically Brasilian meal of skewered meats prepared over a barbecue grill; in our case, we were brought a plate with various cuts: rib steak, spicy chicken sausage, beef sausage, chicken wings, chicken wrapped in bacon.. Everything was accompanied by a glass of Merlot and mineral water. The meats were served at the table already sliced and placed in a platter which the two of us shared.

Goodbye, Toro Seduto, we will definitely return, especially if you replace your tables with slightly larger ones, allowing for a more comfortable dining experience!
