Happy Mardi Gras! Some people make a trek down to New Orleans, others indulge in paczkis or pancakes. But for me, there's only one way to celebrate - a Mardi Gras inspired potluck with friends! After about 4 months of an entertaining and culinary events hiatus, I couldn't take it anymore. As a result, I broke out of my hiatus and hosted a small Mardi Gras potluck with girlfriends.
