Compared to Bagel Bites, there are much tastier, more affordable and a lot more fun to create than throwing frozen bagel discs into the oven. Using packaged biscuit dough, they're flattened to create the pizza crust and topped with your desired toppings. For these, I used some shredded cheese, crumbed cooked bacon and sliced scallions. You can certainly use whatever you like or have on hand so feel free to let those creative juices flow. These Bacon Pizza Bites (or whatever you decide to top them with) make great appetizers for the holidays, whenever you need a quick snack or have a hankering for pizza!
