Lenovo is holding a promotion to celebrate its recent #1 standing in personal computer (PC) sales worldwide. With Lenovo’s "1 Reason to Celebrate" promotion, customers who purchase select Lenovo laptops and all-in-one (AIO) desktops from July 29 to September 30, 2013 will get freebies such as speakers and headsets, McAfee Internet Security Licenses and Samsonite bags.
Lenovo was ranked the #1 PC vendor worldwide with shipments for the first quarter of 2013 totaling 12.6 million units. In Asia Pacific, Lenovo’s first quarter revenue reached US$1.3 billion or 15 percent of the company’s worldwide revenue.Lenovo is currently the #1 PC vendor in the Philippines with a double-digit market share, based on the latest IDC results.
