Wine & Dine Roundup: Brazilian Carnival!

This month's Wine & Dine blogging event was all about Brazilian inspired dishes in honor of Carnival! While many here in the US are familiar with the Mardi Gras celebrations, other countries including Brazil are celebrating as well.
