Congratulations Dinner!

Two of our friends recently purchased a new home, which is such an exciting time for them. They are in the midst of finalizing everything and will be moving into their new home in April. To celebrate the end of their renting days and new home ownership, we invited them over for dinner. I opted for an Italian inspired menu based on the ingredients I had on hand.
