Each year, my husband and I host 2 major events for our group, What's Cookin Chicago. We celebrate with a blow out Thanksgiving event and a Holiday event. Many members have suggested to do a summer event to add to our entertaining repertoire so this year we hosted our First Annual Summer Luau. It was a fabulous day with an awesome turnout of over 100 members joining us! Next year we will definitely do our best to top this first annual luau, although as it stands, it may be tough to beat! My parents and I definitely went all out and put in quite a bit of time and effort in planning/preparing the event. Thank you to all those that attended and made it all worth it!
