Easter is just around the corner... where did the time go?! Growing up, my family often celebrated with a big Easter Brunch immediately following church services. The brunches were always plentiful of both sweet and savory dishes to choose from. I think that's why brunch is my favorite meal, especially on any given weekend, not just on Easter!
